Scientists have proven that thought originates in two different places in your brain. This means you literally have two voices in your head! The problem is, that these two voices are at most times in conflict with each other. 

Example: let’s say you decide to do a New Year’s resolution to get up at 4:30 am every morning and go to the gym.
